These terms apply to all purchases from the Lammtarra website, operated by Lammtarra (trade licence no. 1574118), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Users under the age of 18 may not register as a user of this website or make purchases.

Products and prices

  • All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT.
  • Product images are for illustration. Small variations in colour and finish may occur.
  • We may change prices and availability at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or if an item is unavailable, and will refund any amount paid in full.

Payment

  • Orders are paid online at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Ziina, and we accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED, as well as other methods offered by Ziina at checkout.
  • We do not offer cash on delivery for products.
  • The delivery charge is paid separately, in cash, directly to the delivery company. See our Shipping & Delivery policy.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and the Lammtarra policies and rules.
  • The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items, as set out in our Refund & Returns policy.

Sanctions

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC-sanctioned countries or persons, in accordance with UAE law.

Use of products

Reed diffusers contain fragrance oils. Keep them out of reach of children and pets, away from heat and direct sunlight, and avoid contact with skin, eyes and polished or painted surfaces.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Lammtarra name, logo, illustrations and photography, belongs to Lammtarra and may not be used without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lammtarra is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
